PoliSpace – Executive Member, Graphic Designer Open Position


M&C is the department of PoliSpace that makes boring things…Attractive!

It is composed of four Divisions:

  • Graphic & Social: creates graphics for social media platforms and it is responsible for communication with the followers of PoliSpace.
  • Bloggers: writes scientific blogs (english / italian) on websites and magazines on behalf of PoliSpace. Also, is in charge of the newsletter.
  • Photo/Videomaker: division focused on capturing the best moment of PoliSpace life and creating amazing content to be spread on our platforms
  • Infrastructure: is in charge of the cloud storage organization as well as of the Teams management


Milan, Italy*
* Please note that due to Covid-19 pandemic the job can be carried on remotely


  • Create visually appealing, multimedia content in respect of the association’s brand identity
  • Create advertisement material for the association’s events



  • Full-time registered bachelor, master or PHD student at Politecnico di Milano – any department (preferably Electronic Engineering).
  • Commitment to dedicate about 7 hours a week on average.
  • Available to be with PoliSpace for at least 6 months after joining.

Technical skills

  • Experience in graphic design tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience in Canva is a plus

Soft skills:

  • Must work well in an international environment.
  • Solid time management skills
  • Punctuality at meetings is also crucial.
  • A sense of drive should be apparent from your application (letter, cv, interview)
  • Must be an autonomous worker. If you are given a task it is expected that you complete it without constant supervision.
