How to order & what happens next

To place an order, you must log in with your Yapla account. Once logged in, add the products you want and complete the checkout inside the Yapla store.

After checkout: size selection (if needed)

  • If your order includes products with sizes (e.g., apparel), you will receive an email to the same email address used in Yapla.
  • The email contains a link to a form where you can choose the size for each item you purchased (one selector per item).
  • Your order is considered complete only after you submit the size form (when applicable).

Free gadget target

  • If your cart reaches the minimum target for a free gadget, you will still receive an email (to your Yapla email) with a link to select the gadget you prefer.
  • You can choose one gadget from the options available for your total amount.

⚠️ Important disclaimer (payment)

During checkout, please make sure to select/flag the option “No contribution” (“Nessun contributo”). Any additional contribution is a Yapla commission and does NOT go to us.

Gadget options

Gadget availability depends on your order total. When you open the email link, the form automatically shows only the gadgets you are eligible for. You can select one option:

€30+ options
  • Pin — a branded pin.
  • Pen — a branded pen.
€35+ options
  • Remove Before Flight Keychain
  • Pen + Pin Bundle — includes both a pen and a pin.
  • Space-Tech Department Keychain — limited edition.
  • [R]over-Tech Department Keychain — limited edition.
  • CubeSat Department Keychain — limited edition.
€40+ options
  • Tote Bag + Gadget Bundle — this option gives you a Tote Bag plus one extra gadget from the previous list.
  • In practice, it’s the “combo” reward: you don’t get only a single small item, but a bigger package
